Our chapter leadership team is comprised of twenty-four members that are each responsible for a different aspect of our chapters success. With eight members on our Executive Board and sixteen directors, we work together to ensure our members are having the best experience possible. We work to listen to our members, keep them informed and make changes to our chapter structure as problems arise. In the past few years our chapter leadership team has been very successful. Pi Beta Phi headquarters has awarded the Missouri Alpha Chapter the Balfour cup twice in the past five years! This award is given to who they believe is overall the most accomplished and outstanding chapter. In 2020, we were awarded for our Philanthropic initiatives and in 2022 we were awarded in recognition of our excellence in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programming and our academic commitment.
